I am trying to help my husband’s family give his cousin the going away that she deserves. She was shot and killed in Downtown Louisville September 1st. Trying to set up the funeral.  We are planning for her to go to Newcomer on Dixie Highway.  She had no life insurance and didn’t work.  She was living with a friend.  She is no longer struggling with her addiction.
