In loving memory of Helen Marie Ramirez-Apuzzo

It is with shattered hearts and unimaginable sadness that we share the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved Helen Marie Ramirez-Apuzzo, who was taken from us far too soon at just 23 years old. Helen was the cherished youngest daughter of Theresa and Jose Ramirez-Apuzzo, a beloved sister to Mary, Christopher, Joseph, and James, and a wonderful, loving aunt to her nephew Nicholas and nieces Khloee, Willow and Aryana. Our family is devastated by this unimaginable loss. No parent should ever have to endure the heartbreak of burying a child, especially one so young, with an entire lifetime still ahead of her. As our family struggles to come to terms with this heartbreaking loss, we are humbly asking for your love and support.

Helen's passing was completely unexpected, and sadly, she had no life insurance. Theresa and Jose are now faced with the overwhelming costs of funeral and burial arrangements at a time when their hearts are already broken. Helen's mom Theresa is my 1st cousin, although her kids call me Aunt Ann Marie. Theresa asked me to help them by setting up this GoFundMe to help ease that financial burden and give Helen the beautiful, dignified farewell she so deeply deserves. Any donation, no matter how large or small, will make a meaningful difference. The donations that I receive will be used to pay for Helen's funeral and burial expenses, repass luncheon and if there are any remaining funds they will be put towards Helen's gravestone.

To know Helen was to love her. And to be loved by Helen was truly a blessing. Helen had a heart of pure gold and a smile that could bring warmth into even the darkest room. Her kindness, compassion, and extraordinary empathy made everyone around her feel seen, heard, understood, and, most importantly, loved.

She was a friend to everyone, never hesitating to lend a helping hand, offer a shoulder to cry on, or simply be there when someone needed her. She loved wholeheartedly, without judgment or hesitation, and had a beautiful way of making others feel special. At just 23 years old, Helen had already touched more lives than some people do in an entire lifetime. She had dreams still waiting to come true, memories still waiting to be made, and so much love left to give.

Helen spent her short life giving love so freely to everyone around her. Now, we are asking everyone whose life she touched to come together and give a little of that love back. While no amount of money can ease the pain of this unimaginable loss, your generosity, compassion, and prayers will remind Theresa, Jose, and their family that they do not have to walk this heartbreaking journey alone.

Our beautiful Helen, you were loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure. Your gentle heart, your laughter, your kindness, and the love you shared will live on in every heart you touched.
