Give Hank a Second Chance: Surgery Fund

Hi, everyone!

My name’s Hank, and I’m a handsome 4-year-old pittie rescue who found my loving fur-ever home with my mom in 2021. From the moment we met, we’ve been inseparable. I’m not just her dog—I’m her best friend, her emotional rock, and a big source of love and laughter in her life.

I love making new human and puppy friends, snuggling under blankets, and playing with my sister, Roux. Life has been pretty amazing… until recently.

Unfortunately, like many dogs of my breed, I’m prone to ACL and CCL injuries, and in my case, I need surgery on both of my knees. It’s painful and scary, but I’m staying strong because I know my mom is doing everything she can to help me heal.

The total cost of my double ACL surgery, including pre- and post-operative care, is upwards of $9,600. It’s a big number, and it’s more than my mom can manage alone, so we’re reaching out to kind-hearted folks like you. Any amount you can give would mean the world to us and will go directly toward my surgery and recovery.

If we’re lucky enough to raise more than we need, any additional proceeds will go toward helping other dogs in need of medical care, because every pup deserves a second chance, just like I got.
