This is Gus. He’s the raddest guy you’ve ever
met! Not only is he a great person, husband, and dad, he’s the best friend a person could have! Gus would do anything for the people in his
life, including giving you the shirt off his back.

THAT is why, we are so sad to see Gus have to be without his confidence and gigantic, brilliant smile. You see, a couple of months ago, Gus was out enjoying dinner at a local restaurant. Suddenly feeling sick, Gus stepped into the restroom. For no apparent reason, Gus lost consciousness and fell to the floor. All of his top teeth were knocked out and could not be saved. He has been through a battery of medical tests to try and understand what happened but the doctors have no answers.

As these things always go, the bad luck continued when insurance denied the dental work including bone grafting
and the restauranteur didn’t carry any kind of insurance to help cover this type of liability either.

That is why we’re here. We miss our smiling Friend and want to help him get his smile back for him and his kiddos. We are asking for your help. The oral surgeon says the repairs will cost upward of $20,000.

Covering the cost of this unfortunate accident is nearly impossible for Gus alone. We don’t want Gus to have to feel uncomfortable in professional or social settings. Please help us find Gus’ smile again! We thank you and Gus thanks you!
