So, a couple of months ago, I was biking from Seoul to Busan, and I saw this grandpa pushing a cart full of cardboard across a super hot cement road. After chatting with him, I realized that everyone around him, who should be helping him, is actually being helped by him! Even though he’s old and not feeling well, he’s still working to gather cardboard to earn a few dollars a day to get by. He’s also using his life savings to support his family. We’re hoping to use this money to give him some freedom to rest and not worry about things for the rest of his life. I know it won’t solve all his problems, but we’re hoping to bring him some relief and hope for the next few years. Thank you for your generous support!
