Fifteen years ago, at the age of 45, my brother-in-law, Gary, suffered a major stroke. This was caused by a Left Atrial Myxoma tumor in his heart.
A few weeks ago he slipped trying to transfer into the car from the wheelchair.  My sister, Pam,  sat him on the ground and had to get help to assist him into the car. 
That incident made me realize how badly they need a wheelchair accessable van. It is the reason I have created this GoFundMe account.
