Hi everyone! My name is Zeke and I rescued Freya on 2/22/26. She spent a few days in the ER getting loads of diagnostic tests and scans done to figure out what is wrong with her. The emergency vet was unable to figure out what is causing her liver damage and elevated liver enzyme levels. Her electrolyte levels have remained stable so she is able to keep eating and increasing her calorie intake to gain her weight back. But unfortunately, her last blood test drawn on 3/5 showed that her liver enzyme levels increased and she has lost 2 pounds. She does not seem to feel worse, in fact she seems to feel better and on the up and up. She enjoys playing with her older brother Zeke Jr, going for short walks, and sleeping curled up under a blanket.

This go fund me will help me cover her current $8,000 vet bill, her repeat ultrasound on 3/18, and her internal medicine appointment/ tests on 4/3.
