Our Reality
Our beloved Mike is in a fight for his life. He has been diagnosed with stage IV cancer. It is a rare form, Cholangiocarcinoma. AKA, Bile Duct Cancer. His options for treatment are limited. Only two medications to be exact. Both in the form of Chemotherapy. He has started his cycle of treatment, but has a long road ahead.
Imagine if you will, getting that kind of news. A diagnosis that impacts every part of your life. Your health, your family, and your finances. Currently, Mike is too ill to work. His wife Debbie, who is Mikes care giver, works full time, takes care of their two children, and spends evenings researching ways to help him beat cancer.
How Can We Help
As you can imagine, resources are running thin. Time, energy, and finances are being taxed to their limit. This is where we come in. This is our opportunity to make a difference. Whether you love this family, or just hate cancer, you can contribute. This family will soon be saddled with mounting medical expenses. Our goal is to be proactive in preparation. Not reactive, and fall behind. Please know, any amount is appreciated and will be used judiciously. Whether $5 or $500, it helps ease financial strain.
