As some of you may know our friend and loved one, Gil Berube, recently defied the odds and fought off a serious Strep A infection. He very nearly did not make it. Now that Gil is on the road to recovery his friends and family would like to ease the burden of financial stress as Gil does not have medical benefits and ei is only up to 15 weeks. Gil will need to recover for a few more weeks in hospital, skin grafts etc....then rest and recovery at home, followed by physio and follow up appts. This means months off work and his wife Tammy has also had to cut back on her home based business to care for her family. They will have medical bills, physio therapy, tanks of gas from driving back and forth to Kamloops from their home in Barriere and the various exspenses that come along with raising their 2 amazing boys. This is a chance for many to give back as these 2 are 2 of the most generous and supportive people I know. Im blessed to hsve them in my life Having the funding to help out with bills will be one less thing to worry about and Gil and Tammy can focus on his full recovery.
