My name is Eugenio Hernandez I'm 32 years old and i got diagnosed with chronic heart failure 3 months ago due to having cancer when I was younger and chemotherapy treatments. My heart is at a rate of 10% and on top of that I've got a blood clot in my heart, I am alreally taking about 9 different types of medication which some of them are 600 drls or more I've been in and out of the hospital and with me not having medical insurance, bills are palling up on me I can't afford a surgery for a pace maker or any other surgery that will give me another chance of life

i want to live, I want to keep fighting so that is why I'm reaching out for help I've never asked for help it's always been me my wife and my family but this time is different is so much at once my wife is the only one working but she can't keep up all of the bills I really need your help I want to be back on my feet, we've got a 10 year old daughter that still needs her daddy, anything that you can help me with is greatly appreciated even with an uplifting prayer, God bless you all, And thank you
