Give Estrella and Poppy a Chance to Thrive
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Erika, and I have a favor to ask. My sister and I have been taking care of two stray cats (both females) for the last few months. During all these months we have worked tirelessly to gain their trust and eventually get them fixed. Well, finally, after months of hard work, our efforts have paid off, and we have gained their trust.
However, we are already taking care of six cats of our own. Thus, we don't have the funds to get them fixed. Also, due to a lack of space, we can't take care of them while they recover. So we need to cover post-surgery care too.
We know, economically speaking, things are quite rough right now. But both of them, Estrella and Poppy, recently got pregnant and gave birth. Sadly, one of them (Poppy) had her babies prematurely, and despite our best efforts, they died just a couple of days after they were born. Estrella’s babies are doing ok, and of course, we are taking care of them. But we wouldn't like Poppy to go through such a traumatic experience again, and we wouldn't like Estrella to encounter the same fate that many female stray cats do—having babies until their little bodies can't withstand it anymore. That would break our hearts.
That's why we are asking for your help; without it, these two sweet kitties, Estrella and Poopy, are condemned to a life of pain and misery, and we don't want that for them. We want to help them, but we can't do it without your support. So please, if you are able to donate, we would deeply appreciate it.
