My name is Stefan, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart and a deep hope. My beloved nephew, Dušan, is just 12 years old, a bright soul trapped in a world that often feels too loud, too fast, and too confusing for him.

Dušan has been diagnosed with autism and a developmental disorder that affects his ability to speak, connect, and experience the world as other children do. Everyday life is a struggle: he cannot speak, struggles with eye contact, and is often overwhelmed by sounds and changes. While other children are making friends and dreaming about their future, Dušan is fighting silent battles every single day.

Despite these challenges, Dušan has a gentle heart. He loves to play, responds to kindness, and has moments where his smile lights up the entire room. But his condition limits him and without specialized treatment, his future will remain uncertain.

There is hope. Doctors have recommended stem cell therapy in Turkey a treatment that could open new doors for his development, helping him to communicate, connect, and live a more independent life. This therapy offers real potential, but it comes at a cost far beyond what our family can afford.
