Give Dominic a freedom to walk for the first time

My name is Annabelle Attwood. I have severely disabled son name Dominic. Dominic has been disabled since birth due to slow muscle tone and club feet. He desperately needs an operation on his knees and feet to an able him to walk . He has had consultation with a world leading specialist who his willing to perform the necessary surgery and he has assured me that Dominic will be able to walk afterwards. This surgery will change Dominic life by giving him the independents and freedom from his wheelchair.

The only obstacle that stand in his way is the cost of surgery.
