HURRICANE HELENE RELIEF FOR DOCKSIDE DAVES CREW
Donation protected
Dockside Dave’s Madeira Beach has been an absolute staple for our beaches. Locals and visitors alike have adored this spot for its amazing fresh grouper sandwiches and larger-than-life-sized onion rings. However delicious the seafood and cozy the atmosphere, what keeps us coming back is the caring and charismatic staff, many of whom have worked at Dockside Dave’s for 10+ years, making it more than a place of work but a close-knit family and even a home away from home.
With our recent hurricane affecting many families and businesses, Dockside Dave’s was no exception, leaving this close-knit family without a place of work and many displaced and without a home to go back to. I have personally watched each staff member of Dockside Dave’s work tirelessly since the storm to ensure each staff member's homes are cleaned, mouths are fed, and bodies are clothed. I have even personally watched members of the staff help customers with cleanup and provide rides for patrons on and off the islands or dropping off supplies to support the community. Dockside staff, from back of house to front of house, truly lives by the golden rule of "treat others as you would want to be treated" or "do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
Help me in supporting some of the most amazing humans get back on their feet. The goal of $32,000 will allow about $1,000 to go to each staff member. I understand our whole community is suffering, but I can promise this Dockside crew will not go ungrateful for anything we raise. Thank you and God bless! I hope in time we can build our community back stronger and celebrate with a HUGE grouper sandwich. Help the Dockside Dave’s team in this time of uncertainty and leave the Dockside crew a BIG TIP!!
