Please help give sweet Delilah Rae a chance to run again. On July 14th right before bedtime, Delilah slipped while coming down her doggie stairs from the couch. She didn't show any signs of discomfort or pain. The next morning, she developed a limp and was favoring her right rear leg. As the day progressed, it got worse to the point she couldn't walk and was dragging her back end. Everything happened so quickly. She was rushed to the emergency vet where we were given the prognosis of a spinal injury and surgery will be needed. She has been given a 90-95% chance of a normal life after surgery. The estimated cost of surgery is around $10,000. I am always the first one to donate and volunteer my time for anyone in need. As much as I hate doing this, it is my turn to ask for help.
