Our family has another foster, thanks to Westie & Scottie Rescue Houston. This poor sweet soul was a 911 emergency foster, used for breeding and lived in a crate most of her 2 years of life. Her fur was stained from sitting in her own stool and urine. After multiple breedings, she was given away, then given away again. While waiting for a home, this little Frenchie lost a quarter of her weight. She was relinquished to Westie & Scottie Rescue Houston and dropped off at my daughter Liz’s clinic without a name or a connection. Liz named her Dolores, DD for short.

DD is malnourished, needs multiple orthopedic surgeries on both knees, she has hip dysplasia, needs soft palate surgery, and has infections of the skin and ears. She will need to be spayed once her multiple infections clear.

The estimated cost to give her back her health is $6,000. DD has a long recovery road ahead, but with lots of TLC, she will find her forever home and never be mistreated again. Please give generously, any amount will be greatly appreciated.
