Hello, my name is Anna. I am currently fostering this sweet boy, Dasher. He was on the run for at least 3 months in Ridgeland, SC. A wonderful group of people got together to catch this boy. It took a whole lot of time and waiting for the right moment. We finally managed to catch him. He has long-term nerve damage to one of his front legs and needs to get it amputated. He was brought to Palmetto Animal League for a week and a half, and I'm fostering him through this time to have a safe place for him to get used to so he can come back after surgery and relax. He is the biggest sweetheart and just wants to be loved. He's still using his leg, which is causing his wounds to not heal. This is not a cheap fix, and I'm hoping that people in the community can pull together and help this guy.
