Hi friends. I’m raising money for my friend, Dan. I’ve known Dan for many years, and he’s one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He was a daycare teacher for many years until he had a spinal infection that damaged the nerves, and he had to go on disability. However, disability doesn’t pay much. He works with me but can only work so many hours without getting cut off from his disability. He’s never asked for anything and works hard.

Currently, he’s in a living situation that is toxic, but he can’t afford to get a place of his own. The lease for his car runs out in six months, and he will have no car because he can’t afford to get another one. I want to raise enough money for Dan to get his own place and have some time to settle in, maybe even get a car. He is super humble and, again, has never asked for anything, so we’re not talking about a fancy big apartment; just a place where he and his beloved cat can live in the peace that they deserve.
