This is Daisy May. She was recently diagnosed with Intervertebral Disc Disease. She is on crate rest, so in the crate 24/7. At first, they thought medication was going to be the right path, but now they’re recommending surgery. Daisy is a huge part of our family, being our son’s favorite thing, my dad’s favorite dog. She is the sweetest, happiest dog, and she’s trying so hard to be strong during this struggling time. We’re all taking turns sleeping downstairs next to her and trying to comfort her as much as possible. She misses walking and running and chasing so badly.
