Meet everyone’s favorite criminal! Most people know Chicken as the dog who wandered campus and kidnapped puppies. Found in the area in the fall, she was tracked with her litter of puppies until they disappeared. She was then spayed and put back outside.

Not much is known about her history except that she is about 4 years old, had a litter of puppies, and has an old fracture injury that healed funky.

After being "arrested," Chicken was taken into foster and received medical attention, she was found to be battling Heartworm, anaplasma, and ehrlichia. Despite everything, she remains kind, resilient, and full of life. We are raising funds to cover the cost of medications, tests, and supportive treatment for her care. Every contribution will go directly toward giving her a second chance at a healthy life inside as a part of someone’s family.
