Help Boss Get the Surgery He Needs:

Boss is my five-year-old dog and my best friend. I adopted him three years ago, and since then, he’s filled my home with love and happiness. Boss is incredibly affectionate—he loves to cuddle with me, always finding ways to show how sweet and gentle he is. Some of our best moments together have been at the park, where he could run freely and feel truly happy. His joyful spirit and loving nature have made him a cherished part of my life.

About a year and seven months ago, Boss had his first episode of pain. After several vet visits and tests, we learned he has multiple spinal malformations that cause pain and neurological issues. Recently, his symptoms worsened—he started to stiffen up, walk in circles, tremble, and his eyes looked lost. The vet now strongly recommends a CT scan of his entire spine and surgery. Without treatment, Boss could lose the ability to walk and become paraplegic.

Right now, Boss is still able to walk, but every day is harder for him. Instead of cuddling close, he sometimes stiffens up or trembles. He can no longer enjoy the park the way he used to—he struggles to move comfortably, often looking confused and in pain. It breaks my heart to see the joy slipping away from the moments that once made him happiest.
