My name is James Davis, and I’m reaching out to you today with a heartfelt plea for support. My aunt Cheri, who is one of the most compassionate and selfless people I know, is facing an incredibly difficult situation with her beloved dog, Birdie. Birdie is an extremely sweet German Shorthaired Pointer with a zest for life, a joy for finding frogs and a love for sniffing, walking, and cozying up under the covers with her mom Cheri. She came into my aunt's life as a stray and has since become an integral part of her everyday.

Birdie is more than just a pet; she is a cherished member of my aunt's family. With her warm eyes and wagging nub, she brings joy and comfort into my aunts life. Sadly, Birdie has developed a large mass in her abdomen that requires immediate surgical intervention. Without this surgery, her condition will only worsen, and we fear that time is not on our side.

Cheri has always been the first to lend a hand, whether it's helping a friend in need or supporting a family member. Now, it’s our turn to give back and show her the same kindness she’s always extended to others. The cost of Birdie’s surgery is beyond what Cheri can manage alone, and that’s why we’re reaching out for your help.
