This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write. My heart feels heavy, but I’m holding onto hope — hope that with your help, we can save our sweet boy, Benji.

Benji came into our lives like a burst of sunshine. From the moment we met him, his tiny tail never stopped wagging, and his big, soulful eyes had a way of melting every bit of stress away. He’s been with us through every high and low — our loyal shadow, our comfort on bad days, and the purest joy in our home.

A few months ago, we noticed Benji slowing down. His playful bark grew softer, and he started struggling to catch his breath after short walks. After countless vet visits, our worst fear was confirmed — Benji has Mitral Valve Disease (MVD), a serious heart condition that causes his heart to weaken over time.

Hearing those words broke us. But there was a glimmer of hope: a team of specialists in Taiwan performs a groundbreaking surgery that can repair Benji’s mitral valve and give him a second chance at life. This surgery isn’t just about extending his time with us — it’s about giving him back the quality of life he deserves.

The problem is, the cost of surgery, hospitalization, and travel is overwhelming. We’ve poured everything we have into Benji’s care, but we can’t do this alone. That’s why we’re reaching out — to ask for your help in giving Benji his miracle.
