Give Ben a Fighting Chance

I'm the youngest of three and the only girl. My whole life, my older brothers have been there taking care of me. My brother Ben is one of the most caring people I know. He's always willing to help a friend in need, one of the first that many people call. He's been there for me in some of my most trying times, as I know he has for many others. Right now, he needs our help. Ben had a stroke a couple of years ago that left him mostly paralyzed on the left side of his body. It rendered him unable to do most of the things we take for granted as people: walk, speak, work. As he was slowly regaining mobility, we discovered that he's in renal failure. His kidneys no longer function the way they're supposed to and he requires dialysis multiple times a week. He's currently undergoing extensive testing and being placed on the national organ donation list. All before reaching his 40th birthday. It's becoming more difficult by the day for our family to handle the cost of care on our own. There are so many expenses involved in receiving the care he needs. He deserves the chance to live as happy and as long as possible, even if we can't afford it. Please help us reach our goals, even if it's sharing on social media, nothing is too small. Anything you can do to help means the world to me and my family. Help us give Ben a fighting chance!
