Give Basil a forever home

Can you help?
As many of you know I have been working out in Greece this summer for Sailing Holidays. During my time here I’ve fallen in love with a gorgeous stray cat that we have named Basil.
He was part of a litter of kittens in Sivota. We believe the other kittens were adopted and taken home by a local, but sadly Basil was left behind. Over the coming weeks we took him under our wing and fed him, cleaned him up and gave him the love and attention that he not only wanted but deserved. And subsequently I fell in love with the little one. As many of you know, once the flotillas leave and the tavernas close. There isn’t much chance for these little kittens. And not many survive the winters.
So I’ve made it my mission to get him home with me where he will be loved and taken care of. As you can guess, this is a lengthy and expensive process. So I’m asking kindly that if any of you can possibly donate anything towards this cause to get Basil safely home by pet transfer back to the UK, I’d be eternally grateful.
The money raised will go towards transfer fees, vaccination costs & neutering. All of which are necessary to get Basil back to the UK safely.
If there is any excess made then it will go directly to Corfu Cattery who work hard to support local stray cats and who have provided me with amazing support and advice on adopting.
These sweet cats are so precious and to even be able to just help one little one would mean the world.
Thank you for your support.
