Hi, my name is Natalia, and I’m a mom to two wonderful cats - my family and my heart.

Ten years ago, I found them on the street and brought them home. Since then, they’ve filled my life with love, laughter, and endless purrs.

My sweet boy Barin has recently been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism - his thyroid gland works too hard, producing too many hormones. At first, doctors couldn’t find the cause, and we lost precious time. Later, he was put on medication, but sadly, it’s only a temporary fix that harms his organs over time.

Watching him lose energy and weight while trying to stay strong breaks my heart. I love him too much to just watch and do nothing.

After a lot of research and consultations, I found out that the only real cure for this condition is Radioactive Iodine Therapy (I-131) - a safe and proven treatment that gives cats a second chance at life. It works in one procedure and can give Barin 10 more healthy, happy years.

Unfortunately, this treatment is very expensive, and insurance doesn’t cover it. That’s why I’ve opened this fundraiser — to give my boy a real chance to live.
