As a parent, nothing prepares you for watching your child suffer in ways you cannot fix.

Our 15-year-old daughter, Bailey has been diagnosed with a severe eating disorder compounded by significant trauma. After exhausting outpatient care, therapy, and doctor appointments over the past 3 years, her treatment team has recommended a specialized residential program out of state.

This program provides:

• 24/7 medical and psychiatric support

• Nutritional rehabilitation

• Trauma-informed therapy

• Academic support to help her stay on track with school

• A structured environment designed to address both her physical health and mental well-being

She is a bright, creative, and loving teenager who deserves a future full of laughter, friendships, and dreams - but right now, those feel so far away. This program offers her the chance to not just survive, but to heal and thrive.

The reality, however, is that the costs are staggering. Insurance will cover some of the program, but the travel, housing, and ongoing care expenses are beyond what our family can manage alone.

We are asking for help, not because it is easy, but because we believe our daughter’s life and future are worth fighting for. Any contribution, big or small, will go directly toward her treatment and care and if you are not able to give, sharing this means just as much.
