Jim Samples is known in the community as the Volunteer's Volunteer. He has selflessly served with Chattanooga Cares, Community Kitchen, Landmarks, Fortwood Historical Society, Humane Society, Lung, Heart, Kidney and Cancer Association and Chattanooga Theater Association and is a life-long advocate for Human Rights.

Jim recently had surgery that resulted in complications that required another surgery. This has extended his recovery time and he will not be able to return to work. As friends of Jim, we are setting up this fundraiser to assist with medical expenses that insurance will not cover.
