Throughout the years, he has worked tirelessly for everyone in the area, welcoming local sports legends from USC, UCLA, the NFL, high school programs, and countless business people. Phil’s restaurant has always been a place where people gather, connect, and feel at home, thanks to his generosity and dedication.

But as we all know, the restaurant business is incredibly tough—especially since Covid hit. Phil has faced challenge after challenge, doing everything he can to keep his doors open and continue serving the community he loves.

Now, its Birthday time for Phil and it’s our turn to give back to someone who has given so much to all of us.
