Jenny has been with Symeon's Greek Restaurant in Yorkville NY for 32 years. If you have ever had a wonderful night at Symeon's and ended it with a cup of coffee and dessert; Jenny is the one who made that dessert and many other things.

Now she is battling stage 3 cancer. The funds gathered will go to cover any treatment expenses that are not covered by insurance. Also due to a preexisting condition Jenny does not drive, so the funds will be used to offset traveling expenses to varies doctors.

Our hope is that the community will come together and show their appreciation to someone who has labored many years to bring excellent food to the community.

Jenny is the first one in the door in the morning, works harder then people half her age and twice her size. She has mentored many staff members through the years and inspires everyone with her work ethic. She also makes a helluva good friend.
