It’s with unimaginable heartbreak that we share the passing of our precious Baby Ryett. Though his time on earth was short, his strength, bravery, and light touched every single person who met him.
Ryett was born with multiple health complications, including a rare genetic syndrome called 10q26 deletion and partial trisomy 10q. From birth, he faced unimaginable challenges — one kidney that was non-functioning and the other that was barely working. At just one month old, he underwent two kidney procedures, numerous platelet transfusions, tube insertions, and countless other surgeries and procedures.
Despite everything, Ryett fought so hard. He spent most of his six months of life in the hospital — first in the NICU, then the PICU — with only about 1 month total at home. His first homecoming came after 62 long days in the hospital, and we cherished every moment we had with him.
Due to his ongoing health complications, Ryett’s mom has been unable to work and is currently without income. We are now faced with the heartbreaking task of planning his memorial and burial services, and we’re asking for your support to help us give our sweet boy the beautiful farewell he deserves.
Any donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward his funeral and burial costs. If you’re unable to give, please keep our family in your prayers and share this fundraiser to help us honor Baby Ryett’s life and legacy.
Forever our little light, forever loved.
Sincerely,
