Give Autumn Hope: Double Lung Transplant

Hi everyone, my name is Heather (Beerman) Maner. My mother, Autumn Beerman, within this last year, has gotten really sick! She was diagnosed with a chronic lung disease and had been recently approved for a double lung transplant. She is presumed to only have approximately one year left to live without the new lungs. I’m trying to raise as much money as I can to help her and her caretakers out. These donations will go to the facility, travel costs, and pre-and post-surgery needs.
