Give Aubrey a Chance at a Happy Life

Hello friends,

When I started with the shelter, I never thought I would become as involved as I have over two years. I’ve met hundreds of dogs and fostered myself. I’ve gone on many day trips to give dogs a break from the loud and noisy environment they are in. Which leads me, Aubrey.

Aubrey and I went out on a day trip recently and I found out what an AMAZING dog she really is outside of the shelter. We spent the afternoon together in my backyard playing and took LOTS of car rides. The entire day she was so well behaved for me that I saw no reason why she couldn’t be adopted. But, her quality of life in the shelter has been deteriorating. I just saw her a little bit ago and she had not touched her food at all. But she instantly got up off her bed as soon as she saw me, ready to go play!

Aubrey has so much potential to be a GREAT dog, but she needs someone willing to commit to her. She is incredibly smart and WANTS to learn.

I’ve been given permission to start this gofundme to give Aubrey (and her adopter) the best chance at being successful by setting them up with a trainer. I’m hoping that enough money will be raised to help Aubrey on her journey to her forever home.

Due to her quality of life, she is set to be euthanized on Monday 5/12/2025. We can stop that by getting her adopted and set up for success with her new family.
