Hello. My name is Ashlynn, and I am a transgender woman living in Southeastern Iowa. Most of you seeing this no doubt came either from the Discord servers that I frequent, or my posts on Reddit. If you came from elsewhere, welcome and thank you.
I want to begin taking serious steps towards the process of gender transition. However, it is an incredibly long and expensive process, and while I make a decent amount of money at my full-time job, my insurance does not cover anything related to it, which means everything I get will be out of pocket. Plus, the sooner transition begins, the more effective it is in the long run. I fear I'm reaching an age where if I wait much longer I may never pass.
Instead of asking for kind donators to foot the whole bill, I would like a boost in the right direction. The amount I am asking for will allow me to pay off the remainder of the principle on my car loan, which will free up 25% of my net income per month, which I will then use to begin transitioning!
