Honoring the Life and Legacy of Anthony “Timmy” DiLeo

Hi, my name is Peter Rifugiato known professionally as Peter Michaels, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support during this incredibly difficult time. My cousin, Anthony “Timmy” DiLeo, unexpectedly passed away over the weekend due to complications from COVID. His loss has left our family devastated, and we are now faced with the overwhelming task of covering his funeral and burial expenses.

Anthony was a talented actor, a gifted pianist, and a passionate animal lover. Many of you may know him from his work in George Romero’s Night of the Living Dead franchise—most notably as Private Miguel Salazar in the 1985 horror classic Day of the Dead. His contributions to the film world, as well as his kindness and humor, touched so many lives.

We want to give Anthony the farewell he deserves, but we need your help to make that possible.
