Hey everybody,

For those of you that don’t know me, my name is Akelia Jones. As most of you may know, I have an uncle that was in prison for a crime he committed back in 1991. Long story short, my uncle and I had been working long and hard to try to get him home because his sentence was changed, and he ended up serving more years than he was supposed to. Unfortunately, he was taken away from us this morning from a “possible” heart attack, so the warden says, and all we are trying to do is get his body home so that we can properly bury him.

My family and I are asking for any kind of help in this time of need because he wasn’t on any insurance, and who would think of something like this happening? Ventress stated that we have 72 hours to claim his body, or the state will take care of it, which means they’ll bury him in limestone; no family can be present, we won’t know where he is or anything. Basically, he will be forgotten. That’s the last thing I want for my uncle. So if anyone is willing to help donate anything to help us give him the proper burial, it would be appreciated.
