Give Ace a Fighting Chance for Recovery

Hello everyone! This is Ace. He is a 4-year-old French bulldog. He loves to nibble, play, and snuggle. Ace recently underwent stenotic nares surgery on Thursday, May 29, 2025.

On Sunday, June 1, 2025, Ace started having issues opening his eyes, and we couldn’t figure out why. So we got in contact with his vet to pick up over-the-counter ointments and medication. On Tuesday, June 3, 2025, we had to rush Ace to VCA because he was crying in pain with discharge around his eyes and couldn’t open them. We then rushed him to San Antonio Veterinary Specialist to see an ophthalmologist and was then admitted into emergency surgery due to an ulcer around his cornea.

Ace is more than just a pet.. he is family. He’s my soulmate and best friend who’s been with me since he was just 6 weeks old and I can’t imagine life without him, and with your help, I won’t have to.
