War has stolen ordinary childhood from thousands of Ukrainian kids. Since 2022, our Ilja Muromez Christian Scout team (based in Kyiv) has led three healing camps across Europe, helping young people trade fear for friendship, prayer, and adventure.

This year’s mission

• When & where: 25 July – 5 August, Brittany, France. For this project, we are partnering with "Landerneau aux Enfants Ukrainiens", a French organization based in Finistère, France, as well as a branch of the scouting organization "Scouts et Guides de France" in that region.

• Who: 48 children and teen leaders ages 10+ (most still living in Ukraine)

• Why it matters: Eleven days of worship, campfires, counselling, and nature reset anxious hearts and send kids home with renewed hope.

Most costs are secured, but nine children and parents from low-income families still need both their camp fee (£200) and travel (≈ £350).

That leaves a shortfall of ≈ £5 000 we must raise before the beginning of the camp to book tickets and finalize the camp.
