Hello friends.
One of my dearest friends, Amanda Dilday, formerly of Culpeper, VA but currently living in South Carolina ~ gifted herbalist; community advocate, birthing educator, writer, dedicated and loving homeschooling mom to her 6 wonderful children and all around extraordinary woman ~ has unexpectedly found herself in immediate need of a home and resources for herself and her 6 children ASAP after receiving very weighted and urgent divorce papers from her husband.
She has been feverishly working to earn every penny she can to afford a rental home and daily living resources for herself and her children to keep her family together throughout this very difficult time, especially for her children, but the need is greater and in a more urgent time line than she has been able to meet.
As a stay-at-home mom with a part-time herb business, she has very little income and her need for a home and additional financial resources is urgent, immediate and at the worst time of the year for a family to be broken apart and without a home.
The holidays are upon us and although I know we are all inundated with requests for donations this time of year by lots of worthy organizations, I humbly ask you to please consider making even a small donation to my beloved friend Amanda and her children. By doing so, you will be filling a VERY URGENT need that is very close to my heart and so close to home. Sometimes the greatest needs in our community can be found in our own backyard and within our own friend circles.
