His dream was coming to the United States, the land of opportunity. He dreamed of arriving in the United States by his 50th birthday, and his dream came true!
Peppe arrived from Sicily, Italy, just two years ago. Sadly, he was only able to live his dream until this Saturday, July 11 when he succumbed to heart failure and passed away at the age of 51.
He left behind a family he LOVED so much, his wife Sylvie and daughters Ella and Claire (16 and 12 years old). His wife and his youngest daughter live in Belgium, but Ella lived with him here in the United States. Now the three of them will be living together in Belgium and we want to help them start over again by solving the many hardships and expenses brought by a sudden and unexpected death.
People who knew him fell in love with him immediately. Peppe was a go-do-it type of person, a hard worker, and always went the extra mile for the people and causes he cared about. He was able to open an Italian café that was doing so well until the pandemic arrived and caused his businesses suffer. He also began another ambitious restaurant project that unfortunately couldn’t be completed before his untimely passing.
Peppe will be remembered for being an adventurer, a hard worker, a people person who made friends very easily and a man with a heart that exceeded any measure.
Please help his wife and daughters through this difficult hardship and support them in preparing for their many future needs. Sylvie, Peppe's wife will be managing the use of donations for final expenses, travel, and the future needs of her daughters.
