Only 10% of CEO’s in large, for-profit companies are female. 41 of Australia's largest companies don't have a women in their execution leadership.

* 1 in 3 girls are afraid to be a leader for fear of others thinking she is bossy
* 30% of the girls with the highest reported grades do not think they are smart enough for their dream careers
* The % of girls who describe themselves as confident declines more than 25% during Grades 7-10 (The Girls Index Report)
So: we're going straight to grass roots to affect change.
Our participants are Girl Shaped Flames in years 7-12, and are your future female leaders, entrepreneurs and adventurers. They are looking to us for role models, representation, reassurance and real-world skills - and opportunities to interact with (and learn from!) impressive female CEOs in an intimate setting are few and far between.
As part of Queensland Women's Week, we've put together our 2018 CEO Series: a kicker All-Day Workshop Event featuring Jellaine Dee, Kim Sutton, Linda Ginger, Breeanna Brock, Tanya Meessmann & Annie Flamsteed.
Your gift to our budding CEOs, Founders, Team Leaders and Board Members is to get them there.
Scholarship Packages include either 2 or 4 tickets, with which you can:
* Send your teen daughter and a friend
* Identify a school you'd like to gift them to
(School Captains in particular will benefit from this experience!)
* Spoil a client with teen daughters/nieces
* Donate them back to FUEL and we'll distribute them to our partner Youth Foundation

* 2/4 tickets for teen girl participants
* The 4-ticket Package includes the opportunity to present the tickets to the recipients at a School Assembly, and inclusion in their School Newsletter

We here at FUEL know it well, because it burns within each of us and each of the Extraordinary Women we are partnering with. We want to bring teen girls (in Years 7 – 12) experiences that will challenge how you think, what you strive for, and why you want it. If the prospect of this excites you, then welcome! You’re one of our Girl Shaped Flames and are ready to be fired up through our hands-on workshops, interactive talks, immersive camps and one-on-one mentoring sessions.

Kim Sutton: Gold Coast Hospital Foundation
An absolute powerhouse leader in a challenging field, Kim’s dedication to developing ‘purpose led’ companies has led to wonderful experiences such as a role as consultant and mentor at the FSI in London, training with the UN and visiting Nobel Laureate, Professor Mohammed Yunus.
Linda Ginger: CEO Growth Science
