Hi, we are a all kids female lion dance team based out of Shirley NY. This team was formed as a way to not only teach and carry on the tradition of chinese lion dance, but to also support female empowerment. As lion dance is traditionally male dominated, the emergence of all female teams is growing. This program helps to not only teach self confidence, but also provides a safe nurturing environment for the kids.

As the program has grown tremendously, we are looking for support in the purchase of 3 new kid lion heads for use at ceremonies, competitions and demonstrations. We appreciate any and all donations as it is supporting an outstanding group of kids. Our current goal is to reach $1600 by September 2019.
