Girlfriend almost dies by negligence of a boater

Hello everyone, I am starting this fundraiser in need of help for my girlfriend Laura. We were magnet fishing Sunday evening and when she throws the magnet in the water, a boat comes out of nowhere hauling fast and rides right through her magnet. The hook catches the boat and it snatched her off the top of the bridge knocking her out when she hit the water. I took off running to go around but seen her facedown in the water so I jumped off the bridge to get her out of the water not knowing if she was alive or not. The boater loaded his boat and fled the scene so right now we are going through camera footage and talking with the police to find this guy. She could of died and he would have just left her out there to do just that. She has a broken rib, real bad fractured wrist, and severe brushing all over her body. We have the footage of her getting drug into the water and I will link the full YouTube video of the magnet fishing day to see how crazy that day was. It also shows the same guy flying back and forward under the bridge knowing that I was out there. Boaters are suppose to go slow under that bridge and the footage shows he was going as fast as he could.
