Giovanny Visbal Memorial Fund

On Friday the entire world changed not just for the Visbal family but for all of the loved ones both in his beloved home town of Barranquilla, Colombia and his adopted city of Miami, Florida.  Giovanny was more than just an amazing father and husband. He was a leader, a beloved boss, the perfect brother, a caring mentor, a phenomenal son and a true friend whether you met him for one day or 20+ years. He would take the shirt off his back and never ask for a dime in return. He was a devout follower of Christ whose first instinct was always to turn to God for any and every issue. His passion for his work was only dwarfed by the profound love that he felt for his high school sweetheart Paola and his 4 beautiful children Giovanny Jr, Maria-Andrea, Marianna and 2 year old Lucca. During these tragic times we are asking the very community he served to help his family with the costs and help to give this one of a kind man the memorial he deserves. His family thanks you in advance for the out-pour of love and support in this very difficult time.  

El viernes, el mundo entero cambió no solo para la familia Visbal, sino para todos los seres queridos tanto en su amada ciudad natal de Barranquilla, Colombia, como en su ciudad adoptiva de Miami, Florida. Giovanny era más que un padre y un esposo asombrosos. Era un líder, un jefe querido, el hermano perfecto, un mentor cariñoso, un hijo fenomenal y un verdadero amigo, tanto si lo conociste por un día como por más de 20 años. Se quitaría la camisa de la espalda y nunca pediría un centavo a cambio. Fue un devoto seguidor de Cristo cuyo primer instinto fue siempre acudir a Dios para cualquier asunto. Su pasión por su trabajo solo fue eclipsada por el profundo amor que sentía por su novia de la escuela secundaria Paola y sus 4 hermosos hijos Giovanny Jr, Maria-Andrea, Marianna y Lucca de 2 años. Durante estos trágicos tiempos, le estamos pidiendo a la misma comunidad a la que sirvió que ayude a su familia con los costos y ayude a darle a este hombre único el monumento que se merece. Su familia le agradece de antemano por la gran cantidad de amor y apoyo en este momento tan difícil.
