Legal Fees for Pizza Delivery guy-

Saw this story in my local newspaper the Citrus County Chronicle regarding a State Senator Charlie Dean attempting to sue a pizza delivery boy Giovanni Bencini for essentially being lost and ending up in his yard.  State Senator Dean pulls a gun on the kid, and now is try to sue for damages.  Dean has a net worth of over $7M, and Bencini lives at home with him mom.  Lets even this fight out.
