Thank you for visiting our Gio's Warrior Fund page. As some of you know, Gio started suffering from seizures on April 30th, 2022. After emergency room visits, hospital stays, lab tests, and brain biopsy, Gio was diagnosed with disseminate low-grade glioneuronal tumors in the brain and spine on June 16th, 2022. Unfortunately, he did not qualify for targeted therapy and will now undergo weekly chemotherapy treatments for 1 to 1.5 years.

While Gio has gone through much during the last couple of months, he's continued to amaze us with his strength and vigor. We are confident that he will do well with treatment and will continue being a warrior throughout the process.
