Gingerbread, the Original's New Home

"Hi, I'm Angie Drums, a New Orleans local musician and friend of Gingerbread, the Original!! Gingerbread is a fabulous artist and educator in New Orleans. She is a Habitat for Humanity partner and is purchasing the Gingerbread House in the Lower Ninth Ward. The building process has been exciting, and the house is almost ready. Gingerbread and friends have been checking off the necessary boxes to be eligible for the house (volunteer time, escrow, etc.), but there are some expenses associated with a new home that are not fully covered. For those whose lives are brightened by Gingerbread's music and personality, please consider donating to reciprocate the love and talent that she has shared throughout the New Orleans community."
