Ginger has been part of our rural queer community for over 5 years as a collectively owned dog. Currently, Ginger is in need of a doggy dental cleaning, which is quite expensive.

Now that Ginger is going to live at our house for one year, her chosen owner/primary human, who will be living here too, has taken over her full expenses. As a house, we have been covering Ginger’s food, medications, vaccinations, and comfort items like a doggy bed.

In addition to these expenses, Ginger needs $400 to cover the deposit for general anesthesia and dental work. On top of that, it could be even more money if the veterinarian determines she needs a tooth extraction. We were told to be prepared to pay around $600 if necessary.

To help alleviate some expenses, we are asking members of our community or sympathetic dog lovers to please contribute what you can to Ginger’s dental fund. Any extra money collected will go directly back towards her food, medications, and future vet bills.
