On November 7th, Gina was playing tennis with her team when she suffered a seizure. She was rushed to the emergency room and after a full day in the hospital and many scans to determine the cause, she learned that she had stage four lung cancer which had metastasized to her brain.

While Gina’s prognosis is good and her spirit is high, so too is the cost of treatment and unexpected expenses. The funds raised here go directly to Gina to cover the expenses of treatments and costs not covered by insurance.

For those blessed to know and spend time with Gina, it is hard to imagine such a loving and caring person being faced with such a turn of events.
