The woman you see above is my beautiful aunt Gina. She is the kind of soul that brings all the laughs to a family party, is the first to send you a soulful message when you feel like giving up and drops by to deliver little "pick me up" gifts, just because. The kind of human that's always looking to help in one way or another. Last week this sweet girl received life changing news.

After going to the doctor for what she thought was a sinus infection, she got hit with a very heavy phone call that her labs showed aggressive Leukemia. The doctors looked more into testing and confirmed that their plan of action was to send Gina to Froedtert hospital, STAT, due to it's aggressive nature. Wasting no time at all she packed up and headed with her husband to fight for her life against acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Gina has two fantastic kids (Gordy & Molly), a wonderful step child (Sabrina) and a loving husband (Adam) that she's battling with, along with family and friends. Although they have only asked for prayers of healing and hope we need to support them in other ways if we're able.

Not only are hospital stays & cancer treatments very pricey, Gina is at a hospital two hours away from her home, children and family support. Together, we can help lessen the burden of the financial costs medically and for lifestyle adjustments like the time taken off of work for her husband, transportation and hotel stays for her family.
